As a proud Styrian who has lived in Switzerland for 44 years, he brings the warm hospitality of his homeland to every detail. With his unwavering dedication to quality and an insatiable pursuit of perfection, he took the step into self-employment at the tender age of 18. He has been running our beloved restaurant zum Kaiser Franz with pride and passion for 24 years and has made it a true jewel in the gastronomy scene.

Lisa, a source of fresh ideas and innovation in the team, combines the best of two worlds: a degree in business psychology and a deep passion for culinary arts. Always fascinated by the art of enjoyment and a fine sense of aesthetics, she brings new impetus to the gastronomy scene. Having grown up in the restaurant since she was a child, it is like a second home for her. Her goal is to preserve the tradition of the zum Kaiser Franz restaurant while at the same time breaking new ground and continuing the culinary legacy in a creative way.

Bozana has been part of our team for a proud 14 years and is equally valued by both the team and our guests. As a mother of three and in Switzerland for 9 years, she is a source of inspiration and strength. With her charm, she masters every task with ease and makes a significant contribution to ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Nicolas, a young man with Austrian roots, is 21 years old and started his studies at the Hotel Management School in Lucerne. Matnimitna, affectionately known as "Mati" by everyone, has been an indispensable member of the Zum Kaiser Franz restaurant for over 13 years. His long-standing presence and tireless commitment have contributed significantly to the success of the restaurant. He handles every task with iron reliability and hard work and knows the restaurant and every dish inside and out. Thanks to Mati's unrivaled knowledge and constant commitment, we can be sure that nothing will go wrong. Our motto: Don't despair, ask Mati!

Julian, who has been part of our team for 6 months, is a true culinary artist. He honed his skills as a chef on the streets of Florence, where he perfected his craft with passion and dedication. What really sets Julian apart, however, is not only his talent at the stove, but also his warmth and calm charisma. With an eye for detail and a sense of perfection, he not only enriches our menu, but also contributes to the continuous improvement of our culinary quality.

Max, our youngest member of the team, is just 18 years old and has started his studies at the Hotel Management School in Lucerne. With fresh enthusiasm, he is now getting a taste of the kitchen at Kaiser Franz for the first time. His enthusiasm and good eye for aesthetics and subtleties make him a valuable addition to our team. Max is highly motivated and will complement the team for the next 6 months with his drive and willingness to learn.

Toni, a loyal member of our team, began his journey at Kaiser Franz after his three-year culinary apprenticeship at the tender age of 18. His cheerful nature and his ability to work in a team enriched the team for over three years. He then began his training at the Hotel Management School in Lucerne and is now part of our team again as a supporting hand. Toni is known for his reliability and his ability to know every secret recipe in the restaurant. No matter what challenge arises, he is always there and brings his expertise to support the team.
